Sam is a branding specialist, designer, and passionate mental health advocate who lives with bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, lupus, and more.
Through their lived experience, Sam brings deep compassion, creativity, and raw honesty to conversations about healing. With a love for storytelling, art, and community-building, Sam believes that healing isn’t linear — it’s a journey we’re all walking, sometimes crawling, but always moving through, together.

Sharna
Sharna holds a Bachelor in Forensic Science and will be undertaking a Masters in Biotechnology in the next few months. She has struggled with depression, anxiety, multiple eating disorders and others.
Through navigating her own personal experiences and supporting loved ones, Sharna brings a sense of understanding, continual learning and her own vulnerability about health and healing. She has a love for music, art and especially true crime. Sharna understands that everyone’s story is different and you cannot judge someone's health and wellness based solely on their appearance. Healing isn’t always easy, it is filled with ups and downs. There will be setbacks, but you will get through it.
